There’s a nice Through the Ages play-by-web site at Boardgaming Online. The interface is not very smooth, but it works as long as you know how to play the game.
I’m in couple of games. One of them hasn’t progressed much — four players, different countries — but the other went seven rounds today thanks to local players who all sit by their computers all morning.
I sure would like to play the game on board at some point… It’s one of those games I really like (or think I like, based on what, three plays), but never play.

I just discovered the online site. It reminded my how much I love this game. I will definitely be getting out my hard copy soon.
Hello
I would like to inform you that your excellent blog has been added to our little BG blog aggregator:
http://boardsblogs.blogspot.com/
greetings 🙂
That’s cool, Bri.
For what it’s worth, Mikko, I also added your site to my boardgame blog search engine, here:
http://www.boardgames.org
The index is updated several times daily, and you can subscribe to search results for any query.
The hosting problems there are kinda annoying. Todays this should be no problem to find a serios and stable hosting.
Yeah, and it shouldn’t be that expensive either. It’s not like there are tens of thousands of people playing the game…
